CONDITIONS FOR DISTANCE SELLING
These conditions shall regulate the operation and functioning of Union Hidraulica S.L.'s distance selling service.

1.- CONTRACTING PROCEDURE

1.1. Contracting: Modelmotor through the website, makes available to Users, on the website modelmotor.es and the telephone number established by Modelmotor, various products marketed by Modelmotor, whose contracting will be carried out through the completion by the User of the various forms that are presented throughout the purchase process and the express acceptance by the User of these Special Conditions and all the conditions applicable to the contracted product.

In the contracting process through the website modelmotor.es, the sending of the form (by means of the appropriate click) once completed, will finalise the contracting process and will imply the full acceptance by the User of the commercial proposal of Modelmotor and the applicable conditions. Modelmotor will keep a copy for its own files in electronic format of the contract.

1.2. Confirmation of the contract.
Once the distance selling process has been completed, Modelmotor will provide the User with a confirmation of the purchase made, which will include all the conditions applicable to the contracted product. In the event that a transaction fails for any reason, Modelmotor will notify the User. To the extent permitted by law, Modelmotor shall have no liability to the User for failed transactions.

2.- METHOD OF PAYMENT
2.1. The form of payment of the order will be the one chosen by the User when placing the order, from among the forms of payment allowed by Modelmotor. The User may choose to pay cash on delivery, bank transfer or PAYPAL.

3.- SHIPMENT
3.1. Once the contracting process is completed by completing the necessary forms and acceptance of the conditions applicable to the product and / or service contracted, we will proceed to ship the order to the address indicated by the User.

The order will be delivered by the transport company SEUR or delivered through the postal service.

3.2. Modelmotor will deliver the order within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the formalization of the same. Modelmotor may contact the User by telephone to confirm the day of delivery.

The estimated delivery times, counting from when Modelmotor has received confirmation from the Customer unless the User indicates a longer period, are as follows:

- Deliveries in mainland Spain: 3-15 working days.

- Deliveries in the Balearic Islands: 3-15 working days.

- Deliveries in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 10-20 working days.

The User acknowledges that these deadlines are an estimate and that in these shipments there may be delays that do not depend on Modelmotor or the transport company.

3.3. It will be understood that the User withdraws from the contract if it is not found at the designated address in any of the two (2) delivery attempts, which will be managed by Modelmotor through SEUR, and after five (5) days from the second delivery attempt.

It will be understood that the User withdraws from the contract if he/she does not collect the shipment deposited at the Post Office after five (15) days from receipt of the notice.

3.4. Cost of delivery. Unless specifically established otherwise for a specific order, the costs of conditioning, packaging and shipping of the products and/or services contracted, as well as, where applicable, VAT and other applicable taxes, are payable by the User, who shall pay them together with the price and in the same way chosen to pay the price.

4.- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
4.1 The User shall have a period of seven (14) working days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase contract and request a refund of the price paid, complying with all of the following procedures:

- Contact Modelmotor by email info@modelmotor.es indicating the desire to withdraw from the contract.

- The product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories in perfect condition.

4.2. The refund of the price paid will be made within thirty (30) days from when the withdrawal of the service was communicated or since Modelmotor received the product in the conditions set out in this Clause, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the User.
